I'm stopping myself

What happened?

I was able to run 3 tests streams of varying lengths using ffmpeg. I'm not going to deep dive the solutioning, just list the issues.

• Load builds
  • Does not release and pegs core(s)
    • Does not matter what size VM
• VPU/GPU makes effort not worth it cost wise.

These two bullets alone make the effort fruitless. So, I stopped and am still on twitch at the link below 😔
